Exploring the Legendary Dundas Island with Tatum Monod

Nestled in a sheltered bay on Dundas Island, you will find the spectacular Haa-Nee-Naa Lodge. Located 35 miles northwest of Prince Rupert it is BC’s most Northern salmon lodge.

The lodge offers a program that includes a perfect mix of guided and self-guided fishing, calm short runs to the best spots, and top shelf hospitality. All while maintaining the feel of small and intimate experience.

The waters surrounding the island are renowned for large Chinook and feisty Northern Coho Salmon who are keen to attack surface fly presentations.

In this week’s feature, professional skier, Tatum Monod gets her first taste of fishing in BC’s tidal waters. After checking a Coho on the fly off of her bucket list, she finishes the trip by landing 20+ pound Chinook.
